Problem: NPS below the desired threshold, it was expected, we just went through beta. 

The real problem is globally focused products require intensive testing cycles. Udacity likes to move fast. I was able to treat a poor NPS as a project, breakdown tasks, assign ownership, manage, build & test. For those that know, this task can be daughting.

Role: Lead architect, curriculum lead, project manager, and blockchain engineer.

Impact: Quickly led the team to obtain accurate data by cohort & provided proof that our historical efforts were indeed impactful. As a bonus, we crafted the beta testing process processes which makes this worthy to share 🙂 

While at Udacity, I was the intersection of blockchain technologies. Due to the nature of my product creation through all phases of development, I naturally embarrassed several hats which included quality assusrance.
